The Health Club has been serving the Norman community since 1993. It is owned and operated by Norman Regional Health System. Being owned by a Health System reaffirms The Health Club’s commitment to not only exercise, but to total wellness and a healthy lifestyle. The Health System’s focus on education and continuing certification is transferred to The Health Club. Most of our employees are certified trainers with advanced degrees. We encourage our employees to seek the certifications that place them at the top of their profession.
The Health Club unique offerings include: nutritional counseling with a registered dietitian, fitness assessments, massage therapy and senior-based group fitness classes. The Health System also offers cardiac/pulmonary rehabilitation programs through The Health Club. Cancer patients or cancer survivors are also eligible for special discounts at The Health Club.
