How to Join virtual Classes
To join a virtual class, you will need to download the Zoom app and login with the provided meeting ID or you can join each class by going to or clicking zoom.us/join.
Here are some tips to improve your Zoom experience:
- Use first and last name or member ID number as DISPLAY NAME for security purposes
- Keep your AUDIO OFF (Mute) to avoid audible disruptions
- Keep your VIDEO ON (start video) so we can connect and see if you need assistance
- If you cannot hear anything, TEST AUDIO. If that doesn’t work, log out, log back in and opt to allow your computer/device audio
